In 2011 we are celebrating our students' achievement in the NAPLAN testing, where our growth in Reading and Numeracy has matched the targets set. In Year 3 Reading, 45% of our students have achieved in the top two bands and in Numeracy, 35% of Year 3 and 5 students achieved in the top two bands. In Spelling, 51.9% of our Year 3 and 5 students achieved greater than expected growth levels. Our school was the runner up in the Macleay Educational Community of Schools Spelling Bee and this year our students have attained one High Distinction, four Distinctions and twenty two Credits in the University..
