As one of the largest primary schools in EMR with 800 students, 53.1 EFT staff including 2 Principal Class personnel, 44.5 teaching staff and 6.6 Education Support Staff, Laburnum PS has a strong focus on the enhancement of teaching and learning strategies, which has resulted in innovative classroom programs that incorporate inquiry learning through an integrated curriculum, an increased use of technology and a strong staff commitment to the Principles of Teaching and Learning, and the e5 model.
