We are a safe environment and very open to learning and continual improvement. E.E.P.S. was nominated as one of the top improvement schools across the Lodden Mallee Region. Our school is organised into neighbourhoods for the delivery of our learning programs with the Prep neighbourhood operating a developmental curriculum. Specialist programs offered at our school include Visual Arts, Reading Recovery and Physical Education. To extend our curriculum we provide a variety of innovative programs both within and beyond the classrooms including SparkL, instrumental music and Energy Breakthrough. The explicit teaching of literacy has remained a priority and our “Uninterrupted Literacy Block” encompasses the entire school for the first 2 hours each day, utilizing every staff member and has resulted in strong growth in our student outcomes. With a clear vision for our future our community continues to foster an environment that provides a quality, comprehensive education supporting all students to become lifelong learners.
