Upper Lansdowne is a small rural community. The school is family oriented with strong community support and ownership. It provides a balanced learning program for all its students based on our beliefs that all children are special and all children can learn. Individualised teaching and learning programs are a feature of the school's daily routine and classroom organisation. There are strong relationships between staff, parents, students and community which is reflected in sporting, creative arts, numeracy and literacy programs as well as effective use of computer technology, where expertise is utilised and valued. Interest in education is high and parents are supportive in seeking the best educational outcomes for their children. Students are provided with opportunities to participate in a variety of educational and sporting activities both on site and with our community of schools.
