Our Lady of Lourdes is an inner city Catholic primary school that is welcoming, diverse and dynamic. It is characterised by a safe environment with a supportive parent and parish community. We believe that a faith-filled, productive learning and teaching environment will support the growth of the whole person. Personalised Learning through an Inquiry approach supports the students to take responsibility and become engaged in their own learning. Peer support, Buddy Program, Kindergarten Partnerships, Young Leaders, and Transition Programs enable a smooth transition between the different stages of the student's education. Health and Physical awareness is highly promoted in the life of the school curriculum. The students are encouraged to take part in activities that will challenge their abilities and support their personal development. Our Creative Arts Program culminates in a yearly exhibition and school production. A whole school Discipline Policy ensures the safety of all students and support is provided when required.
