East Hamersley Primary School is centred in a residential area bounded by Beach Road to the north, Wanneroo Road to the East, Erindale Road to the West and Reid Highway to the south. It offers primary education for students from Kindergarten to Year 7. The school consists of two teaching clusters, a library resource centre, an undercover area, Early Childhood Centre, a Specialist Block and an Administration block. The specialist cluster houses the Computer laboratory, Music room and the Statewide Speech and language Team. Teaching staff in the school are experienced and committed to delivering a structured learning program to enhance students' academic, sporting, cultural and social attributes. Students of all abilities are catered for with classes structured and programs implemented to compliment the school commitment to Early Intervention, SAER (Students at Educational Risk) and PEAC/TAGS (Talented and Gifted) students. Specialist programs in Music and Indonesian are also provided. The school boasts an inclusive approach and high level of community spirit. This is evident in the effective partnerships that exist between the students, parents, staff and wider school community.
