Christ Church Grammar School is a long established Anglican co-educational primary school in South Yarra. We offer quality education designed to maximise improvements in learning outcomes for children from 3 year old Kindergarten to Year 6. Our aim is to contribute to the full intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic, moral and spiritual development of each pupil to prepare them for participation in contemporary Australian society. The School supports and promotes the principles and practice of Australian democracy. A strong emphasis is placed on literacy and numeracy skills and achievement in the traditional subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Technology and Humanities) which are taught by the class teacher. From preparatory onwards, specialist teachers are responsible for ICT education, languages other than English, library, music and instrumental tuition, outdoor education, physical education and sport and visual arts.
