Nagle College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school situated on the outskirts of Bairnsdale. The College enrols over 900 students from parishes in the East Gippsland region. The College was founded in 1958 by the Presentation Sisters and maintains a strong commitment to the core values of faith, virtue and excellence. We provide many opportunities for students to participate in a wide range of activities. Our unique learning environment, including a new food technology centre, art wing, ITC centre and administration centre, complement the specialist learning areas for materials technology, science, performing arts, physical education, and primary industries. The College has highly-regarded music and sports programs, and we aim to foster a desire for knowledge across the diverse curriculum as well as through co-curricular opportunities. Our parent community is closely involved with school activities. At the senior years we offer over 30 VCE and VET subjects, working with other schools, local businesses and the East Gippsland TAFE to offer a range of vocational programs and career pathways for our students. The College operates a canteen offering low-cost healthy food.
