Emmanuel College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary College of approximately 1,100 students. Situated on two campuses, Emmanuel has been educating students since 1872 in the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy and the Christian Brothers. Our mission is to encourage our students to develop to their full potential, make a positive contribution to their community and to celebrate our Catholic identity. Emmanuel College fosters supportive relationships between students, staff, families and parishes. We provide a stimulating learning environment, encouraging all to grow to their potential. On offer is a wide range of VCE subjects, vocational programs, Academy of Sport, an Agricultural Skills Centre with nationally accredited agriculture courses and a music industry skills course. Extra-curricular opportunities for students are abundant with more than 100 activities, along with a strong alumni group. There is an extensive pastoral care program, a wellbeing focus; we take pride in the small school atmosphere at the College. Emmanuel has a high degree of involvement in the local and wider community, building partnerships with Lyndoch Aged Care and the Archie Graham Centre.
