A secondary college built on a university campus sharing facilities and courses - this is the unique education initiative of the Alexander Education Group and Murdoch University. The location of Murdoch College on the Murdoch University campus provides students with excellent educational opportunities and facilities. Murdoch College has a significant international component with students from overseas joining with local students throughout Years 7 to 12. The College offers a comprehensive curriculum. Curriculum at Murdoch College is the provision of all learning experiences at the College. This includes the formal classroom curriculum, co-curricular activities and extra-curricular activities. The curriculum follows the guidelines of the Curriculum Framework issued by the Western Australian Curriculum Council. Year 12 students graduate with the Western Australian Certificate of Education. International students also have the option of doing the Western Australian Universities Foundation Program which allows for direct entry into any of the four Western Australian public universities.
