Araluen Christian College is a campus of NT Christian Schools and strives to be “a Christian community, learning together to live life as God intended, offering hope for the world.” Araluen Christian College offers high quality facilities in an attractive welcoming and natural environment, nestled just below the magnificent MacDonald Ranges. The College has an outstanding Primary and Middle School program catering for students from Transition to Year 9. Some of the features of the college include a positive Christian foundation; excellence in the academic curriculum; a technology rich environment including 1 to 1 laptops for our Middle School students. There are ample sporting prospects; a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where students interact, work and play in natural cross-age groupings. This is coupled with opportunities to develop life skills and leadership for our students though Peer Leadership training, a cross-College buddy program, an active Student Representative Council as well as leadership in sport. Araluen Christian College offers extra-curricula activities including the Active After School Sports Program and a camping program for students in Years 5-9. We have a strong vision to partner with families by guiding students’ journeys of living and learning, developing hope in Christ, for their future. Araluen Christian College has been a part of the Alice Springs community since commencing operation in 1984 and will continue to have a positive impact and active presence into the future. Our students reflect the diversity and make-up of the Alice Springs community. This diversity can be seen culturally and within the learning capabilities of our students.
