Willmot Public School is situated on the western edge of the Mt Druitt District. Since being established in 1973, it has been very much a community school. Many parents were once Willmot students. The school is committed to providing a safe, caring and self-disciplined learning environment which is fair to all students, maintaining a school culture that is tolerant, innovative and collaborative, establishing strong learning foundations focused on literacy, numerary and familiarity with technology and implementing quality assessment and reporting processes. The school values parent involvement and participation in school activities both inside and outside the classroom.
