The mission of Sule College is the achievement of academic and creative excellence by nurturing students to become morally and socially responsible, to enable them to participate as informed, active, caring and contributing citizens in our democratic Australian society. Sule College places great emphasis on 'Australian Values' and integrates these values through the different Key Learning Areas and also through the Welfare programs across Kindergarten to Year 12. The values of 'Respect and Responsibility' are an important aspect of the school's overall outlook on Australia's multicultural society. Without being respectful to others and being a responsible member of the society, Australia would not be a true multicultural society living in harmony with one another. Since 1996, Sule College has been achieving great success and is becoming well-known for the academic and social achievements of its students. Some of the recent achievements are: excellent results in HSC, SC and NAPLAN; 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in Royal Easter Show in Calligraphy; Churchill Cup Debating Competition - 1st place in Year 7s and Year 5s; NSW Champions in soccer (under14); Two Silver Medals in International Computer Competition; and 1st, 2nd, 3rd places in Turkish Language Competition in Turkey.
