St Francis de Sales Primary Woolooware is a Catholic systemic school within the Archdiocese of Sydney and one of two primary schools in the Parish of St Aloysius, Cronulla. The curriculum provides strong foundational learning in Religious Education, Literacy and Numeracy, enriched by supportive and challenging opportunities for all students. Specialist teachers are employed for Gifted Education, Maths Enrichment, Special Education, Visual Arts and Music. Our student leadership works from a distributive model. A high level of engagement in professional learning is evident and teachers have become researchers using a practitioner enquiry model and the Learning Framework. Recent refurbishment has provided the school with a designated Visual Arts Learning area and an enlarged hall. Parents are very active and supportive of the school. They are a confident, aware and articulate group who contribute enthusiastically to the life of the school.
