Drummoyne Public School, established in 1886, is in close proximity to the city within a well resourced local community. The school is a heritage building, fully air conditioned, with play space that is undergoing constant improvement through the support of our parent body. We promote a love of learning by providing a caring, stimulating and secure environment within the context of a highly supportive school community and a dedicated staff. Educational programs have strong focus on integrating technology within curriculum as well as excellent Literacy and Numeracy programs. In addition the school has specialised support in Gifted and Talented education, STLA, ESL and Reading Recovery programs. Drummoyne students are exposed to a wide variety of educational and social experiences including choice of Greek or Italian language program, debating, public speaking, choir and instrumental groups.
