Broke Public School is a small school with immense pride in the quality of educational opportunities offered to students. A priority is given to literacy and numeracy, with a range of programs designed to enhance students' skills. The recent employment of a school speech pathologist has enhanced the school's Learning Support Program, enabling teaching staff to more effectively cater for the individual needs of every child. A range of extra-curricular activities enrich the school curriculum, with students achieving success in representative sporting teams and creative and performing arts. The school debating team has consistently achieved excellent results in the Premier's Debating Challenge.
