Cranbourne East Primary School opened in 2011 under the Partnerships Victoria in Schools Project. Located in the Hunt Club Estate, we are situated in one of the fastest growth areas in the South East corridor. The school is adjacent to a three-room kindergarten and located on the same site as Cranbourne East Secondary College. While built for a long term enrolment of 450, enrolments are expected to surpass 800 students at its peak. Cranbourne East Primary School is a place of outstanding learning and professional practice. An inquiry approach to student-centered learning in open plan teaching spaces, together with specialist programs in art, physical education, AUSLAN (LOTE) and information technology are key features of the school. A multitude of ICT resources, including desktop and notebook computers, interactive whiteboards, iPads and iPods are used to support the delivery of our high-quality programs. Our 21st Century learning environment caters for our co-teaching philosophy, enabling professional learning teams to meet the needs of each and every student.
