Baldivis PS endeavours to live and breathe our ethos 'We Care'. It has long been held in high regard by its supportive community. Children from Baldivis do very well. The school's curriculum includes all eight learning areas of the WA Syllabus. Specialist areas include the Arts, Instrumental Music, Environmental Studies, Physical Education and Gifted Extension. Baldivis PS is a bush school, located east of Rockingham. It proudly supports the community. The school opened on the 4th of February 1924 moving to the present site in 1978. The original school on the corner of Fifty and Baldivis Roads reminds us of our heritage. In 1926 the P&C formed renaming the school BALDIVIS. The name was created from the names of three of the ships that brought group settlers to the area. The BAlranald, DIogenes and JerVIS Bay. No other school has named its school and district. The school leads the community in valuing its unique surrounds. It is a lovely place to learn, establishing nature trails, Frog Pond, Tuart Tree Walk, Cooloongar Biddi Project and The Baldivis Children's Forest. Integral parts of the school's integrated curriculum. The school has won numerous environment and teaching awards.
