Emu Park State School is located on the Capricorn Coast with a student population of approximately 230. Our school reflects, and is committed to the values of respect, fun, effort, partnerships and confidence. Our curriculum has been recently redeveloped with new Early Years Curriculum and Essential Learnings. This curriculum is enhanced through our regionally recognised Elective Program. This initiative recently received a Showcase Award. Our quality curriculum has further been acknowledged through the Regional Award for Green and Healthy Schools. Students are made environmentally aware through quality programs that ensure our school is one of the most sustainable throughout the state. We boast fantastic facilities, including air-conditioned classrooms, computer laboratory, cooking room and manual arts shed surrounded by beautiful grounds that constantly receive praise from our visitors. Interactive whiteboards have been installed in our classrooms and highlight our commitment to curriculum integration of information and communication technology.
