Salisbury Park Primary School is set within attractive grounds nestled among picturesque gum trees. As a community we work together to promote a positive culture with a commitment to excellence. We aim to cultivate a sense of joy in learning and focus on our school values of belonging, honesty, fairness and respect. School priorities include numeracy, literacy, well-being and global learning, and teachers use a wide range of teaching styles to engage students and promote positive learning outcomes for all. Our core curriculum is based around the eight learning areas identified in the South Australian Curriculum and Accountability Framework. Students also access specialist teachers in Italian and PE. Additional specialist instrumental music teachers provide guitar and keyboard lessons. Our site incorporates a Students with Multiple Disabilities Unit and these students are an integral part of our school. These students join mainstream classes and work with their peers during lessons and actively participate in whole school events.
