Katamatite Primary School's vision is to ensure our students have the best start in life to achieve optimal health, development and wellbeing. The school strives to meet the individual needs of it's 45 students. The school is currently staffed by three teachers with classes organised into Prep/1, 2/3/4 and 5/6. We also offer Art, Library and an extensive music program as part of our curriculum. Katamatite Primary School aims to provide a friendly and caring environment that enhances learning, personal growth and well being for all students. The school creates a stimulating and supportive environment for all teachers, and assists, informs and actively involves parents. Our experienced Staff provides a dedicated, cooperative and caring environment which ensures that pupils are valued as individuals. All Staff members continue to actively participate in a wide range of professional development activities. The school is a member of the Numurkah-Nathalia cluster of schools in the Goulburn Murray Network of Hume Regions. The cluster is involved in developing curriculum policies, professional development, the sharing of resources, camps and group cultural and sports days. The school has 3.8 equivalent fulltime staff: 1 principal class, 2.0 teachers and 0.8 Education Support staff.
