Bell Park North Primary School strongly believes that effective teaching and learnng is essential to the ongoing development of all children in preparing them for the future. Staff use multi-disciplinary approaches and preferred styles of learning that reflect "new times" and technological trends to support children as 21st Century learners and members of their community and society. Bell Park North Primary School's team of enthusiastic and dedicated teachers is committed to maintaining best practices for teaching and learning. The team demonstrateds academic rigour and excellence, which it instils in students by setting high expectations and delivering all learning experiences at a high standard. This encourages students to develop into disciplined, self - regulated, knowledgeable and independent learners. Supportive school-based programs, collaborative learning and leadership opportunities assist students to become resilient and effective team members able to deal with all situations and also support their transition into secondary schools, tertiary systems and the workplace. Bell Park North is a well established P-6 school servicing the Geelong suburb of Bell Park. Our current staff of 19 comprises of 2 Principal class, 11 teaching staff and 6 Education Support Staff members. Over the next year we will be continuing to employ a teaching and learningcoach and Literacy Consultant through the National Partnerships Program.
