Bellarine Secondary College is the only State Secondary College on the Bellarine Peninsula. The College is one of 23 schools in the Geelong/Bellarine network. The College is situated on two campuses with a total enrolment of approximately 1160 students. The College has 92.9 equivalent full time teachers, 5 Principal class and 40 Education Support staff. The College aims to provide students with a high quality education within a safe and supportive environment. Students are encouraged to strive for excellence and to develop positive values of honesty, respect, citizenship, teamwork, collaboration, tolerance and life long learning. Bellarine Secondary College offers an extensive number of pathways for later years students including the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL), Vocational Education and Training in Schools (VETiS) and School Based Apprenticeships.The College continues to focus on teaching and learning within the context of the Victorian Essential Learning (VELS) program. The College is in its fourth year of delivering a Select Entry Accelerated Learning (SEAL) program.
