Holy Cross College, a co-educational Catholic Secondary College, and opened with students in Years Seven and Eight in 2010. The College is a diverse, dynamic community of learners that challenges each student to be the best that they can be, developing intellectual independence, creativity and a sense of social justice. A holisitic education program is offered through the four pillars of Learning, Enrichment, Faith and Enrichment (LIFE). Pastoral care is underpinned by Gospel values and is a vital part of College life. In the Middle School years students engage in both specialist and integrated learning. Holy Cross College is committed to providing an education that recognises and caters for individual needs. While all students experience an enriched learning program, academic extension and literacy and numeracy support are also available. Designed for 21st century learning, Holy Cross College has a particular focus on Science and Technology. Each student has an individual laptop and works in a technology rich environment. Students are encouraged to participate in a range of sporting and cultural activities. The College has a strong connection to regional Primary schools, the Parish and wider community.
