The River School is a community of learning with children from Kindy to Year 7. Our school started in 1995 with 22 children and now has over 200. We are situated 5 minutes from Maleny township with beautiful grounds, creek and rainforest. Neo-Humanism is the philosophy that underpins our school - teaching that all life is interconnected. We follow the Queensland curriculum and offer meditation, yoga, virtues program, sport, music, art, drama, cooking and eco-studies. The uniqueness of our school is in the rainforest setting, the honouring of the whole child and the personal approach to self management of behaviour.
