Depot Hill State School, located on the south side of Rockhampton, is a co-educational, Prep to Year 7 school with a morning playgroup offered once a week. Curriculum at Depot Hill State School is organised under the three areas of literacy, numeracy and integrated units of work. Literacy and numeracy are our core business as these lifeskills underpin all aspects of the teaching and learning process. Learning outcomes are achieved through the implementation of dedicated literacy and numeracy blocks and moderated, technology-based units of work within a cluster of small schools.
