Our College of approximately 600 students is located close to the regional city of Shepparton. Our school has 53 equivalent full-time staff, 17 Education Support staff and 3 Principal Class. Our vision is to create and sustain a stimulating and harmonious learning environment in which all students can experience success. The values our College Community embraces are: - Belonging, Achievement, Respect and Teamwork. These values provide us with a framework in the way we achieve our vision. The College is organised into two sub schools, Years 7 - 9 and Years 10 - 12. A Student Development leading teacher, MIPs Coordinator and Student Welfare Coordinator work closely with sub school leaders to monitor student progress. We have excellent physical facilities including Westside Performing Centre and an as new Arts/ Technology facility. Students have opportunities in sporting, art, cultural and music activities. Our College is one of three Victorian schools that has a federally funded Wannik Dance Academy. The goals of this program are to engage our Koorie girls in their learning and improve their self esteem through the use of music and dance. The College provides a wide range of studies catering for student needs complemented by an extensive VET and VCAL program. Students have achieved excellent VCE results and our VCAL completion rate lies in the top 10% in the state.
