Kincumber High School is a large, coeducational, comprehensive secondary school which enjoys high community recognition for its academic, cultural, community service and sporting achievements. Kincumber High School is a member of the K to 12 Kincumba Learning Community, which includes our partner primary schools. These are Avoca Beach, Copacabana, Kincumber and Pretty Beach Public schools. Strong links have been forged around a very successful 6-7 transition program which provides a breadth of activities designed to build confidence and continuity of learning. These activities range from Anti-bullying Boot Camp (designed and run by senior students) to Gifted and Talented days and include an important Stage 3/4 literacy linkage unit. Kincumber High school enjoys wide recognition for a comprehensive extra curricular program, with many of our students and ex-students achieving sporting success on the state, national and international stage. The school's music program centres around performance opportunities supported by 'an artist in residence' program building capabilities in composition and performance. Many local artists and photographers support our Visual Art students. Kincumber High has also been a long time participant in Central Coast Dance Festival and Starstruck performances.
