Simpson Primary School has an enrolment of 116 students with 9 equivalent full-time staff: 1.0 Principal class, 6.6 Teachers and 1.4 Education Support staff providing instruction in 6 classes. The school is committed to continuous improvement in teaching & learning and has a focus on dedicated literacy and numeracy teaching blocks supported by ICT, student led interviews and digital portfolios catering for the individual needs of students. The school's new Early Childhood Learning Centre will strengthen the partnership between parents and school providing opportunities and participation in education from birth with programs being provided through cooperation with the Corangamite Shire.
