E A Southee Public School is a PSP school serving families from both the Cootamundra township and adjacent rural area. We provide a quality education by establishing a stimulating learning environment where children feel secure and successful. Our belief is that learning best occurs when home and school work in partnership and share common expectations for the children. Parents are given every opportunity to share in the life of the school. Our dedicated staff is a mixture of youth and experience working as a team towards the best possible outcomes for our students, academically, socially and sporting. Our students consistently match and exceed Regional and State academic averages, particularly in numeracy. Our students' exposure to and use of technology is at the forefront of current practice. We are actively involved in many community activities which enhance the town and instil in our students a sense of involvement and pride in the local area. The school offers expert skill development and team participation in many sports with strong representation at Regional and State level. We provide a wide range of experiences for our students to enhance the richness of their education.
