Our school prides itself on being not just a school but a part of the wider community. We are committed to on going improvement and providing all students with the opportunities to achieve their full potential. Our passionate staff acknowledge the students’ background and provide well planned programs that cater for their individual needs. Learning is not limited to the classroom. Students are also involved with programs relating to the environment and sustainability as well as extension programs such as instrumental music lessons, projects for high achievers and various sports. Information and Communication Technology is utilised in most of the curriculum areas. We have established a physical learning environment that provides outstanding flexible learning spaces, and a most recent addition to our school, a stadium consisting of a full size basketball court, kitchen, conference room and a Performing Arts stage. Our core values underpin the whole development of each person within our school and include respect, excellence and persistence. Parents are valued for their contributions to class programs as well as support programs such as Bridges, library assistants, reading helpers, boys mentoring and various sub committees. We offer a BUPS Breakfast Club and an afternoon BUPS KIds club and various out of school programs such as crafts, drama and sports to our students
