Our aim at Warburton Primary School is to provide a caring and challenging learning community that encourages students to achieve their personal best in an environment of mutual respect and co-operation. Our values of respect, relationships, personal best and integrity underpin all school operations. A balanced range of programs are offered at the school catering for the academic, social, sporting and artistic needs of our students. Literacy and Numeracy skills remain a major focus for our teaching along with high expectations within a supportive environment . Creative child centred education based on students needs is facilitated through the implementation of the Walker Learning Approach from P-6. A School Chaplain and Primary Welfare Officer support our school community and effectively deal with the social, emotional and welfare needs of students and families. We run specialist programs in Music, Art, Library , LOTE (Indonesian) and Physical Education and a kitchen garden program. The school have extensive and picturesque school grounds and is currently receiving additional buildings and a major refurbishment of existing facilities to provide a learning environment that will complement the creative and effective approaches to learning have been adopted. The school workforce consists of 2x.5 Co-Principals, 6.2 teachers and 7 ES staff.
