Reservoir Views Primary School is the product of the merger of two local schools in 2009. Over the past two years we have worked extensively with our school community to develop the vision and values which drive our school improvement agenda and underpin our school culture.The school is undergoing regeneration with a new school complex being built to replace the current buildings. This project is expected to be completed by the end of 2011. This new school will provide access for our students to 'state of the art' facilities to support our current education programs. With a school population in 2010 of approximately 240 students and a committed staff of effectively 14.2 teachers and 4.0 support staff, we are a culturally diverse community with the capacity to provide our students with a rich curriculum within a supportive, secure learning environment. Our values of respect, responsibility, trust, caring, fairness and learning underpin the way we live, work and play together and are embedded in our teaching and learning programs on a regular basis. The caring and experienced staff at Reservoir Views work together with parents to provide a rich learning program with a strong focus on our students developing their skills in the areas of literacy and numeracy together with positive attitudes to learning and themselves as learners. We are committed to providing every child with the skills and opportunities to learn and grow to their full potential across a diverse curriculum including the performing and visual arts, ICT, physical education, library and music.
