Christ the King, established in 1964, is a primary school in Newcomb, Geelong. We have approximately 250 students enrolled in the school from East Geelong, St Alban's Park, Whittington and Moolap. Our school is a very exciting and innovative learning centre where children, teachers and parents work together to create the best possible education for all the children to become resourceful and life-long learners. We maintain a strong commitment to the Catholic Church and the core values of our faith: compassion, respect and justice. We provide many opportunities for young people to participate in a wide range of extra-curricular activities including choir, sport, chess, dance, Italian poetry competitions to name a few. We take the wellbeing of our students seriously and have programs and resources in place to support our families. We place a strong emphasis on health through a variety of sporting activities. Our parent community is closely involved with school activities. Christ the King prides itself on its beautiful grounds and classrooms which provide a pleasing learning and teaching environment for the staff and children at our school.
