Cunderdin DHS is situated in the wheatbelt, 160km east of Perth and 60km east of Northam. Student numbers have fluctuated somewhat over the past few years but appear to be steady. Local businesses employ the majority of parents. Some students are the third generation of their family to attend Cunderdin DHS. The school caters for a range of students from different backgrounds in Kindergarten to Year 10. The school has been well maintained and facilities have been upgraded over the years. The P & C is a positive and strong force within the school and has raised funds over the years to provide for many physical improvements for school community members to enjoy. Community relationships are integral to the growth and development of students within the school; the school works closely with many members of the community and enjoys support from local businesses and service groups. The school continues to maintain an excellent blend of experience and youth in the make-up of our staff. Cunderdin DHS continues to make a difference to students' lives by valuing and treating them as individuals.
