St. Francis Xavier College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school. The school was established in 1978 to cater for students from surrounding parishes. The College caters for over 2,000 students across three campuses: Berwick (Years 7-9), Officer (Year 7) and Beaconsfield (Years 10-12). Our mission confirms that St. Francis Xavier College is a Catholic community that is educative and supportive. We have a clear purpose: the development of a person of competence, conscience and compassion formed in the Christian tradition; one who is guided by a sense of hope and self-belief and who will be of service in the world. St. Francis Xavier College offers a range of options for students including a wide selection of subjects at VCE, VET and VCAL courses. We have an extensive education support program to meet students needs and also provide opportunities for our students to participate in a wide range of extra-curricular activities.
