Mt Faulkner Primary School is situated in Chigwell. It has spacious pleasant surroundings and enjoys a scenic view of Mt Faulkner. Most students (85%) attending Mt Faulkner live within our 'home area' whilst the remaining 15% travel from elsewhere. We currently have nine classes to cater for our approximately 190 students from Kinder to Year 6. Specialist classes are offered for Band, Computing, German, Library, Music and Physical Education. Additionally we receive regular learning and social support from a School Psychologist ,Social Worker and Speech and Language Pathologist. We also offer many extra-curricular activities for students such as the Active After School Communities Program, Activities Days, Robotics and School Camps. Parents are actively involved in the school, providing classroom help and also supporting our Breakfast Club, Canteen, Fundraising, Grounds Development, School Association and Sport. Our school has a Launching into Learning program for children aged birth to four and their parents run in partnership with The Smith Family and Mission Australia.
