Bungaree Primary serves the towns of Bungaree, Wallace, Millbrook and surrounding areas. Enrolment at Bungaree Primary has remained steady at around 25 to 30 students. This allows for a high student to teacher ratio and a high provision of resources. The school's motto is 'Together We Can Grow', which reflects on the strong community feel of our school. We believe that educating our students is a shared responsibility between our teachers, parents, community members and most importantly the students themselves. Our vision is for our students to become successful learners, confident and creative individuals, and active and informed citizens. Bungaree has a highly experienced and dedicated staff who work together to deliver a full curriculum range to our students. The staffing EFT is 2.8 which comprises of a principal, 1.6 teachers and 0.2 administration. The primary focus is on English and Mathematics, and these skills are reinforced through the Science and Humanities subjects. Spanish, Physical Education, Music and Art are specialist areas the children enjoy. Bungaree provides many extra-curriculum experiences such as a camping, inter-school sports, swimming lessons, excursions, and concerts. Bungaree's Teacher and Parent Opinion survey data has been very positive and consistently averaged above state-wide benchmarks. School Council and the PFA have worked hard to continually upgrade the education program and facilities and so have provided the best in education for our students.
