Corpus Christi is located in Cranebrook, one of the northern suburbs of Penrith, NSW. We are part of an active faith community that supports each person’s uniqueness. We draw our values from the teachings of Jesus Christ as lived through our Catholic tradition - love and forgiveness provides a foundation for effective learning, quality relationships and personal growth; honest, open communication leading to justice in everyday interactions; and respect for the uniqueness of each person, acceptance of each other and celebration of differences. All our learning spaces have recently been refurbished providing a safe, harmonious and effective environment to support quality learning and teaching. Our teachers are committed to continuous professional learning to meet the changing demands of the 21st century. Staff members also engage in collaborative planning and mentoring. We provide a curriculum that is personalised to suit the individual needs of our students. We are committed to explicit instruction, constructive feedback and modelling positive attitudes towards learning. Our students and teachers have access to a wide range of digital technology and communication tools in order to enhance engagement and support learning and teaching. Corpus Christi provides a comprehensive learning support structure for students with special needs. Specialist teachers and support staff work within the learning spaces, predominantly during literacy sessions, to improve all student outcomes.
