Croydon Hills Primary provides a stimulating learning environment where development of the individual student's potential is of utmost importance. Our teachers work closely in teams developing positive relationships which has been facilitated by the physical layout of our classrooms. Our well established Environment Program has won many state awards. The school has a strong Home/School Partnership and parent input is greatly valued. Our 7 acre site provides extensive ovals, basketball courts and play equipment. Our Basketball Stadium with Multi-purpose room is completed and a Performing Arts facility is being developed. eLearning is very important in the school and a variety of learning tools including Interactive Data Panels, computers in classrooms as well as a Computer Lab, Notebooks, Flip cameras and iPads are used. Our support programs are excellent and include PE, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Indonesian, Library, ICT and Literacy Support. We have 2 Principal Class, 26.5 Teaching and 9.5 Educational support staff supporting our students. Investigative Learning is used in the Eatly Learning and Junior Classes which has improved student learning as students are engaged and have the opportunity to develop interests and learn in meaningful ways. There is a strong student leadership program for our senior students. We have a very successful Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program including Vacation Care
