Glossop High School is a dual campus school in the Riverland of SA with Years 8 to 10 at Glossop and Years 11 to 12 in Berri. The school services the two larger towns of Berri and Barmera and draws enrolments from Lyrup, Monash, Cobdogla, Winkie, Kingston-On-Murray, Loveday and Glossop. We aim to provide the best possible care and educational service and have a strong tradition of academic excellence. We continue to improve as a dynamic and responsive learning community. Equity and access, accountability and community partnerships continue to be valued and developed. We want our students to come to this school and be what they can. Our core values are respect, truth and honesty, individuality and self-worth, responsibility, success and integrity. Student Services provide a high-quality counselling service and we have a Christian Pastoral Support Worker. The school focus is on improving outcomes for targeted groups, including special education, aboriginal education and disengaged students. The school has a supportive governing council, international exchange program, Riverland trade school hub, Year 10 exhibitions and a strong sporting tradition with a longstanding record of success.
