Kent Park Primary School has a well-earned reputation for the quality of its programs. We have a dedicated and professional teaching team who deliver excellent teaching and learning programs, to include Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Physical Education and a LIbrary/Enrichment program. This school has 35.95 equivalent full-time staff: 2 Principal class, 27.8 teachers and 6.15 Education Support Staff. The school consists of 23 classrooms, Art Room, Performing Arts Room, Library and Computer Learning Centre, Physical Education Hall, and a newly completed Multi-Purpose Centre. Our quality teaching program nurtures and promotes exemplary teaching practice and fosters stimulating learning. Students feel safe, supported and happy and know they have a voice in their own learning. Kent Park students are “can do” kids due to the positive encouragement and teaching from the staff, who incorporate the school and classroom values and expectations into their teaching. At Kent Park there is a strong partnership between the staff, parents and the wider school community. There is a high level of parent participation in the classrooms, on the School Council and Parents' Association and in supporting the facilitation of the Canteen and Uniform Shop.
