Currumbin Valley State School is situated in the beautiful Currumbin Valley, 18 kilometres inland from Currumbin Beach. The school was established in 1908 and recently celebrated 100 years of quality education. The school is committed to providing an education program that challenges students to meet their full academic potential and prides itself on the delivery of strong curriculum offerings and excellent academic results. 2008 and 2009 national testing results revealed impressive findings with almost all students in grades 3, 5 and 7 found to be above National Minimum Standards for Literacy and Numeracy.
