Our Lady of the Rosary Primary has a rich educational tradition within the local community of Kellyville. It is a tradition in which we constantly strive to reflect God’s love and to be co-creators of a peaceful and just society. In recognising that each child is a gift from God, we value and celebrate the intrinsic diversity embodied in the members of our community. Our school community is under the pastoral guidance of the Conventual Franciscan Friars and is one of two schools established within the Parish of Our Lady of the Rosary, Kellyville, to meet the educational and spiritual needs of primary-aged children. As a community of faith, which reflects God’s love, we value, celebrate and promote our Catholic identity, lifelong learning and quality teaching, the uniqueness and achievements of each child, respect and care for oneself, all others and the environment, and school and community spirit. At our school we strive to provide sound, innovative educational programs, which are child-centred and sequential, enable all children to improve their individual learning outcomes and encourage a love of learning. These programs, and their associated support structures, aim to cater for the varying ability levels and learning needs of all children. The ongoing evaluation and refinement of these programs forms an integral part of the learning cycle.
